We have taken ac hall for conducting meeting... The hall was poorly maintained, very dirty, chairs are not clean smelling bad everywhere.. Moreover the front desk office staff was terrible, very rude behaviour, the room boys and the cleaning staff all are behaving worst with the guests.. I will never ever recommend this hotel for any of your life occasions, never come to this hotel to waste your money, every place is smelling bad everywhere, spitting, liquor bottle very dirty toilet, unhygienic overall atmosphere...worst...

Just short of being a horrible place.Has remnants of having been a good place once upon a time long ago. No maintenance...no botheration. Poorly trained staff...the day time lady staff still worse. Dirty non reflective mirrors in the room and bath room. Water quality and taps bad. Floors and furniture poorly maintained or not maintained at all. Stayed for 3 full days. Nobody bothered to come for house keeping or even change of sheets and towel. A/c performance poor. Less cooling from badly maintained machine. No remote or adjustment knob. They have been removed!!! Very unpleasant experience overall. NEVER AGAIN HERE!! 12th March 2019

Old tv, stained dirty bathrooms. Staff were not pleasant at the front desk. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helped with bags and changing room. The traffic noise was horrendous. Dirty towels and stinking blanket. They are close to liquor shop and not suitable for families. They are in a very central location but they need to fix the hotel and not value for money

Visited Trichy to attend a marriage on 3rd Sept. Since many hotels were full and no rooms available, I was forced to take a hotel booking, where room was available, with no time and scope to make a detailed analysis. This was Annamalai hotel in Trichy. The plus points are 1- very near to main bus stand, 2- room is spacious (if executive room is chosen) Minus points 1 -no attached restaurant and no free breakfast, 2- unless you ask for towel, soap, water, it is not provided by default. 3- no coffee maker., 4 - only 1 plug point provided. If any one have time to choose, you may try a better hotel.

Stayed here on a official tour, nothing special. very average hotel front office was looking good however the room was very average. Nothing special and no restaurant was another minus here. Rest rooms were cleaned only before check-in and later not even proper cleaning done.
